These two appeals by the assessee against the common order dated 19-04-2017 passed by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-1, Pune [„CIT(A)‟] for assessment years 2009-10 and 2011-12, respectively.
Shri C.H. Naniwadekar, the ld. AR submitted that the assessee wishes to withdraw both the appeals.
Shri S.P. Walimbe, the ld. DR has no objection in case the assessee wishes to withdraw both the appeals.
In view of the request made by the assessee/appellant both the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
Order pronounced in the open court on 22nd January, 2020.
