आदेश /O R D E R This appeal by assessee has been directed against the order of Ld. CIT(Appeals)-17, New Delhi dated 20.08.2019 for AY 2009-10.
The Assessee filed letter dated 11.10.2022 seeking permission to withdraw this penalty appeal as the quantum appeal in has been settled in Vivad se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and Form No. 3 has already been submitted by the assessee. Assessee also stated that he has deposited Rs.9,60,157/- vide Challan No. 00004 dated 31.05.2021 towards payment of taxes under the scheme as determined in I.T.A.No.8662/Del/2019 Form-3. In view of the above submissions the assessee is permitted to withdraw his appeal
In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
