The present corrigendum is being issued to correct the inadvertent typographical error in mentioning present for the assessee i.e. Shri Nikhil Pathak in cause title and page No. 2 at para 3 in 13-02-2020.
In cause title and page No. 2 at Para 3, present for the assessee i.e. Shri Nikhil Pathak has been inadvertently mentioned. After correction in cause title and page No. 2 at Para 3 be read as represented on behalf of the assessee i.e. Shri D.R. Barve.
