At the time of hearing before us, the learned Departmental Representative, by placing a letter dated 5th December, 2019, requested for permission to withdraw the appeals filed by the Revenue. The learned AR did not raise any objection for the same. We, therefore, permit the Revenue to withdraw its appeals.
