This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of the CIT(A) , Thrissur dated 27/11/2010. The relevant assessment year is 2007-08.

At the time of hearing none appeared on behalf of the assessee. However, the assessee requested for withdrawal of the above appeal since he was opting for Sabka Vishwas Amnesty Scheme, 2020 .

I have heard the Ld. DR. Since the assessee has requested for withdrawal of the above appeal, the same is dismissed as withdrawn.
