This present appeal is preferred by the assessee challenging the impugned order dated 14.03.2019 passed by the ld. Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, Valsad [in short ‘the PCIT], under section 263 of the Income Tax Act, 1961[in short “the Act”] for the assessment year 2014-15. 2. None appeared on behalf of the assessee. However, assessee filed a letter dated 23.09.2020 requesting the Bench to withdraw the appeal. We have heard ld DR for the Revenue and gone through the assessee`s letter dated 23.09.2020 and noted that assessee did not wish to press this appeal, to which, the ld. Departmental Representative (DR) did not raise any objection. Consequently, we treat this appeal as withdrawn. 5. In the result, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
