These two appeals by the Assessee are directed against the separate orders of Ld.Principal Commissioner of Income Tax(Appeals), Valsad under section 263 of the Act dated 10.03.2017 and 17.03.2017 for the assessment years 2012-13 and 2014-15 respectively.
During the hearing of appeal, the ld.Authorised Representative(AR) for the assessee submits that the assessee has filed applications dated 29.10.2020 in both the appeals for seeking permission to withdraw the appeals and he may be allow to withdraw the same.
On the other hand, Ld.Senior Departmental Representative(Sr.DR) did not object to the plea of the assessee.
