Commissioner of income tax (Appeals)- 3,Vadodara, dated 23.09.2019 for assessment year (AY) 2013-14. 2. The appeal came up hearing on 30th December 2020. The assessee has already filed application dated 23rd December 2020, under her signature stating that she has settled the dispute with the Income tax Department under Vivad se Visvas Scheme -2020, and that she may be allow to withdraw the appeal. 3. The ld. Senior Departmental (ld. DR) appearing for the revenue has no objection if the appeal of assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
