These four appeals by the assessee against the orders dated 01.11.2017 & 04.07.2018 passed by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-2, Kolhapur [„CIT(A)‟] for assessment years 2011-12 & 2012-13.

Shri Pramod Shingte, the ld. AR submitted that the assessee wishes to withdraw the appeals in view of having filed applications under Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme proof of which the Form No.3 is enclosed before this Tribunal.

3. Shri Mahadevan A.M. Krishnan, the ld. DR has no objection in case the assessee wishes to withdraw the appeals.

4. In view of the request made by the assessee, the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
