This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order dated 31.01.2019 passed u/s 263 by the learned Pr.CIT-5, Hyderabad relating to A.Y.2014-15.
The learned Counsel for the assessee at the time of hearing filed an application seeking withdrawal of the appeal for which the learned DR has no objection. Accordingly, the request of the assessee seeking withdrawal of the appeal is allowed and the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result, appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed.
