This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order dated 31.1.2017 of the learned CIT (A)-5, Hyderabad relating to A.Y.2005-06.
The learned Counsel for the assessee at the outset filed an application signed by the assessee seeking permission of the Bench to withdraw the appeal. In absence of any objection from the side of the learned DR, the request of the assessee seeking permission of the Bench to withdraw the appeal is accepted and the appeal is dismissed as “withdrawn”.
