order : May 11, 2023 O R D E R Per Shri Rajpal Yadav, Vice-President (KZ):- The assessee is in appeal before the Tribunal against the order of ld. Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, Kolkata-4, Kolkata dated 12th March, 2019 passed for assessment year 2009-10.

Action Barter Pvt. Limited 2. The Director of the assessee-Company has moved an application dated 20.03.2023 seeking the permission of the Bench to withdraw this appeal. Since the ld. D.R. has no objection in this regard, the permission as sought by the Director of the assessee-Company is granted and accordingly the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. 3. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed. Order pronounced in the open Court on May 11th, 2023.
