Per Rajpal Yadav, Vice-President (KZ):- The assessee is in appeal before the Tribunal against the order of ld. Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-17, Kolkata dated 12th June, 2019 passed for A.Y. 2010-11.
Assessment Year : 2010-2011 Image Finvest & Leasing Pvt. Limited 2. Shri Sanjay Bagaria, Director of the assessee- company has made a prayer dated 9th October, 2023 seeking the permission of the Bench to withdraw this appeal. Since the ld. D.R. has no objection in this regard, the permission as sought by Shri Sanjay Bagaria, Director of the assessee-company is granted and accordingly the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed. Order pronounced in the open Court on October 10, 2023.
