Assessee by Shri Omkar Godbole Revenue by Shri Prabhat Jha Date of hearing 22-07-2021 Date of pronouncement 22-07-2021 आदेश / ORDER These 2 appeals by the assessee arise out of the separate orders dated 21-06-2018 passed by the CIT(A)-Belagavi in relation to the assessment years 2010-11 & 2013-14.
Before us, the assessee has filed letters dated 07-04-2021 seeking withdrawal of the appeals. The relevant contents of such letters (except appeal particulars) reads as under: “With reference to above mentioned subject, I wish to withdraw my appeal on account of approval of my application under Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme 2020 for AY 2010-11 by the Designated Authority. I am enclosing herewith copy of Form 3 issued by the Designated Authority dated 10-02-2021. Kindly request your Honour to pass an order allowing me to withdraw aforesaid appeal.”
The ld. DR did not raise any objection to the withdrawal of the appeals filed by the assessee. As such, the assessee is permitted to withdraw the appeals.
In the result, the appeals are dismissed as ‘withdrawn’.
Order pronounced in the Open Court on 22nd July, 2021.
