This is an appeal filed by the assessee against the order passed by the Pr.CIT, Belagavi, dated 10.12.2018 for the assessment year 2014- 2015.
None appeared on behalf of the assessee, however, an application dated 20.09.2021 filed on behalf of the assessee seeking permission to withdraw the appeal. Ld. DR has no objection to the withdrawal application filed by the assessee.
In view of the above, we accept the request of the assessee for withdrawal of the appeal.
