सुनवाई के �ारंभ म� ह�, �नधा�र�तय� के �व�वान अ�धव�ता ने �नवेदन �कया �क �नधा�र�तय� ने कर �ववाद से �व�वास योजना, 2020 के अंतग�त आवेदन �कया था तथा आयकर �वभाग �वारा �वीकृ�त के प�चात देय कर� का भुगतान भी �नधा�र�तय� �वारा कर �दया गया है । अतः �नधा�रती वत�मान अपील� का अनुसरण करने के इ�छुक नह� ह� । �नधा�र�तय� के �व�वान अ�धव�ता ने उपरो�त कारण से वत�मान अपील� को वा�पस लेने क� अनुम�त �दान करने का अनुरोध �कया । �व�वान �वभागीय ��त�न�ध ने इस अनुरोध का

3 आ.अ.सं. 884/इंदौर/2019 तथा अ�य �नम�ल �दस� (�हअकु), इंदौर तथा अ�य �वरोध नह�ं �कया है । अतः म� इन अपील� को वा�पस �लए जाने क� अनुम�त �दान करता हूँ तथा इ�ह� वा�पस �लए जाने के कारण खा�रज करता हूँ ।

प�रणामतः, �नधा�र�तय� क� अपील� वा�पस �लए जाने के कारण खा�रज क� जाती ह�। यह आदेश 13.08.2020 को खुले �यायालय म� उ�घो�षत �कया गया है।
