Assessing Officer has not made additions on the issues for which proceedings were relegated to him, therefore, assessee does not want to pursue this appeal and it be dismissed as withdrawn.
The ld. D.R. would not have any objection because the appeal is being prayed to be dismissed as withdrawn by the appellant. Accordingly this appeal is dismissed. 4. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed. Order pronounced in the open Court on 18.10.2023.
