When these appeals were taken up for hearing, we found that the written applications for withdrawal of the appeals were filed by the Ld. Counsel for the assessee requesting that assessees may be permitted to withdraw the appeals as assessees had opted ‘Vivad se Vishwas Scheme’ and the requisite form no.3 has been issued.

The Ld. D.R. has not raised any objection.

In view of the above, these appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. However, the assessees are at liberty to file Misc. Applications within the specified period as per law, if they are not issued the requisite form No.5 by the revenue.
