Date of hearing 29-10-2021 Date of pronouncement 29-10-2021 आदेश / ORDER This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order passed by the CIT(A)-II, Raipur on 05.04.2018 in relation to the assessment year 2012-13.
Before us, the assessee has filed a letter dated 28.09.2021 seeking withdrawal of the appeal. The relevant contents of such letter reads as under :
In above subject it is humbly submitted the appellant has opted the dispute settlement scheme “Direct Tax Vivas Se Vishwas Scheme 2020” and the Form 1 & 2 of the said scheme has been filed (as per Appeal Serial No.1 in Part –B of Form-1). It is submitted that the department has issued Form 3 which is enclosed herewith. Therefore, it is prayed that above appeal be kindly withdraw as per condition of the above noted scheme at earliest.”

The ld. DR did not raise any objection to the withdrawal of the appeal filed by the assessee. As such, the assessee is permitted to withdraw the appeal.
In the result, the appeal is dismissed as ‘withdrawn’.
