Date of hearing 24-11-2021 Date of pronouncement 24-11-2021 आदेश / ORDER This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order passed by the CIT(A)-1, Raipur on 18.09.2018 in relation to the assessment year 2015-16.
Before us, the assessee has filed a letter dated Nil seeking withdrawal of the appeal. The relevant contents of such letter reads as under :
“We would like to inform that we have opted the scheme “The Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020” for the said A.Y. 2015-16. We have already filed Form 1 & 2 on 17.06.2020 and received Form 3 having Acknowledgement Number 692866650021120 on 02.11.2020. Hence we hereby withdraw the second appeal filed for the said assessment year dated 12th November, 2018”
The ld. DR did not raise any objection to the withdrawal of the appeal. As such, the assessee is permitted to withdraw the appeal.
In the result, the appeal is dismissed as ‘withdrawn’. Order pronounced in the Open Court on 24th November, 2021
