Both the appeals by the assessee are directed against respective orders passed by the CIT(A)-33, New Delhi (Camp at Raipur) on 01-09-2016 in relation to the Assessment Year 2013-14 (Quarters 4 & 3).
Before us, the assessee has filed common letters dated 28.10.2021 seeking withdrawal of the appeals. The relevant contents (except appeal particulars) of such letters read as under : “The assessee being aggrieved by order of the learned CIT(A), has filed an appeal before your good office. The assessee has participated in “Vivad Se Vishwas scheme 2020” launched by Central Government and therefore the assessee is withdrawing this appeal. You are kindly requested to allow the assessee to withdraw the appeal pending adjudication at your end and oblige.

On perusal of the above letter and having no objection from the side of ld. DR, we allow the request of assessee to withdraw
the appeals.
