This appeal by Assessee is filed against the order of Learned Commissioner of Income Tax -1, Agra [“Ld. CIT”, for short], dated 31/03/2022 for the Assessment Year 2017-18.

M/s GKB Optic Technologies Pvt. Ltd. vs. PCIT 2. The assessee filed a letter dated 25/04/2023 expressing the desire to withdraw the present appeal and dismiss the same as withdrawn.

The Ld. Sr. DR for Revenue expressed no objection against withdrawal of the appeal filed by the assessee.

In view of the foregoing; this appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
