Commissioner of Income Tax-1, Agar [“Ld. CIT”, for short], dated
31/03/2022 for Assessment Year 2017-18.

assessee, but a letter dated 14.07.2023 was filed by the assessee

the same as withdrawn.
The Ld. Sr. DR for Revenue expressed no objection against
withdrawal of the appeal by the assessee.
In view of the foregoing; this appeal filed by the assessee is
dismissed as withdrawn.
