Pr. Commissioner of Income Tax-1, Agar [“Ld. Pr. CIT”, for short],
dated 21/03/2022 for Assessment Year 2017-18.
2 ITA No. 78/AGR/2022 G T Chains Ltd. Vs. Pr. CIT 2. The assessee filed a letter dated 30/06/2023 expressing the
desire to withdraw the present appeal and dismiss the same as
withdrawn.
The Ld. Sr. DR for Revenue expressed no objection against
withdrawal of the appeal filed by the assessee.
In view of the foregoing; this appeal filed by the assessee is
dismissed as withdrawn.
