This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of ld. Pr. CIT (A), Agra-1 pertaining to assessment year 2015-16.

At the outset, ld. Counsel for the assessee submitted that he is praying for withdrawal of the appeal and in this regard, a letter dated 25.03.2023 giving the reasons for withdrawal is submitted. Accordingly, this appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
