ORDER Per Dr. B. R. R. Kumar, JM:- The present appeal has been filed by the assessee against the order of ld. PCIT-1, Agra dated 31.03.2022.
The assessee has submitted an application withdrawing the appeal filed on 04.11.2023. The Ld. DR has not objected to the withdrawal, and the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
