O R D E R PER SUDHANSHU SRIVASTAVA, J.M.: This appeal is preferred by the assessee against the order dated 30.08.2022 passed by the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, Jabalpur-1 for Assessment Year (AY) 2017-18. 2. The ld. Counsel for the assessee sought the permission of the Bench to withdraw the appeal by moving application dated 16.08.2023 stating that the appeal may be allowed to be withdrawn. 3. Learned D.R. has no objection.

Accordingly, we permit the assessee to withdraw the present appeal.

In the final result, appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
