AR of the assessee 2.1 vide application dated 13-07-2023 has prayed for withdrawal of the appeal for which ld. DR has no objection. Hence, we allow to withdraw the appeal. 3. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn as pronounced in the open Court on 13 -07-2023.
