आदेश / ORDER PER BENCH :
The three appeals filed by the assessee are directed against the common order of the Ld. Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) – 2, Pune dated 27.11.2018 for the Assessment Years 2011-12 to 2013-14, respectively.
Before us, the Ld. AR of the assessee filed a letter dt.28.01.2021 seeking permission to withdraw the appeals on the ground that the issue involved in these appeals stand settled under the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and the assessee has filed Form 3 with regard to the same.
3. The Ld. DR has no objection in case the assessee wishes to withdraw the appeals.
Hence, we permit the withdrawal. Appeals of assessee are dismissed being withdrawn.
In the result, the appeals of assessee are dismissed as withdrawn.
