PER BENCH :
These cross appeals by the assessee and Revenue against the common order dated 05-01-2015 passed by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-1&2, Kolhapur [„CIT(A)‟] for assessment year 2007-08.
We find that the assessee and Revenue wish to withdraw the appeals in view of having filed applications under Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme.
The ld. DR has no objection in case the assessee and Revenue wish to withdraw the appeals.
In view of the request made by the assessee and Revenue both the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
Order pronounced in the open court on 1st March, 2021.
