Pr.CIT, Bikaner dated 16-02-2016 for the assessment years 2009-10 to 2011-12 in the matter of Section 263 of the Act. During the course of hearing, the ld. AR of the assessee vide letter dated 2.1 2-10-2022 has prayed for withdrawal of the appeals for which ld. DR has no objection. Hence, we allow to withdraw the appeals.
