This appeal in for A.Y. 2014-15 is preferred by the assessee against the order of the Commissioner of Income Tax, National Faceless Appeal Centre, Delhi (NFAC) [Ld. CIT in short], dated 28.11.2022.

In this case, the authorized representative of the assessee has sought permission of the bench to withdraw this appeal filed by the assessee. Since the ld. DR has no objection in this regard, the permission as sought by the assessee is granted and this appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. Order pronounced in the open court on 11.05.2023
