Anand Diaries Pvt. Ltd. Vs. DCIT interested in pursuing the appeal and had instructed them to withdraw the appeal. The Ld. Sr. DR did not have any objection if the permission to withdraw the appeal is granted to the assessee. Accordingly in view of the above factual matrix the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
In result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. Order pronounced in the Open Court on : 23rd February, 2023.
