2.1 Thus, Assessing Officer made an addition of Rs.75 lakhs without referring to any section. Aggrieved by the same, Assessee filed appeal before the ld.CIT(A). Ld.CIT(A) confirmed the addition stating that Assessee failed to discharges its onus that borrowed funds were utilized
