4). It was further contended that the
seized electronic records lacked evidentiary value, as they did not
comply with the mandatory requirements of section 65B of the
Evidence Act, 1872.
57. The Id. CIT(A), after considering all the grounds raised,
adjudicated the appeal by specifically addressing each of the additions
made in the assessment order, in the manner
