2(15). On these\ngrounds the exemption was denied. As held above, the assessee is an\neducational trust and not a GPU trust and therefore these decisions do not\napply to it.\n44. We now come to the next contention raised by the Revenue that,\nthe decision of Thanthi Trust cannot be extended to the assessee as the\npetrol outlet
