iv) Even if submission of the assessee that DDA rates were not applicable were to be accepted, the fact stands that the FMV of the sold property assessed by the concerned State Revenue authorities for the purpose of stamp duty at the time of registration of the gift deed could not be ignored.Infact, it was the best valuation
