Human minds may differ as to the reliability of piece of evidence, but, in the sphere, the decision of the final fact finding authority ... normal share market transactions in which they are ordinarily carried out. Taking all the steps together, final conclusion does not accord with the human probabilities. The Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of CIT v.
