The decision of Hon'ble High Court of Bombay in Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. vs. CIT (93 Taxmann.com 63) as referred before us deals with case of debatable issue and hence distinguishable. The case law of Chandigarh Tribunal in Lanjani Co-operative Agri Service Society Ltd. vs DCIT (ITA No.332/Chd/2021 dated 30.08.2022) relates with adjustment u/s 143(1)(a)(v) which is not the case here.
