…10.13 Moreover, the onus is on Revenue to establish that assessee has received some benefit over and above the actual sales consideration. In this regard, we find support and guidance from a recent judgment of Delhi high court in case Arjun Malhotra vs. CIT (403 ITR 354) where the same issue has been dealt and decided in favor of the assessee.
