Capital Gain account on or before the due date (i.e. 07.09.2015 for A.Y. 2015-16) for furnishing return of income under section 139 of the Act, the claim of deduction u/s 54F should be restricted to Rs.10,00.000/-instead of Rs.44,48,230/- allowed in assessment. On consideration of above irregularities, the assessment order is found to be erroneous
