D.R. for the Revenue submitted that assessee has failed to prove sufficient cause for condonation of delay and medical urgency is not a sufficient cause to condone the delay. In the absence of reasonable, satisfactory or even appropriate explanation for seeking condonation of delay, the same is not to be condoned lightly
