Before proceeding further to decide the issue, it would be appropriate to reproduce the activities of the assessee-Trust and figure losses suffered. These were pleaded before the CIT as under :- (a) To develop sewerage in the city costing about Rs.58.36 crores vide Resolution No. 49, dated 05.09.2008 (without
