houses’ is not Charitable in nature, hence respectfully following Hon’ble Supreme Court, we hold that the assessee is not eligible for registration as Charitable Trust.

Therefore, we agree with ld.CIT(Exemption) that assessee is not eligible for registration under section 12A of the Act.
5.6 Accordingly, we uphold the order passed by ld.CIT
