In the result, all the eight appeals filed by the assessee are partly allowed and the only appeal filed by the Revenue is dismissed

CIT(A) it was submitted that the assessee has completed all the formalities for claiming the deduction u/s 35(2AB) and the deduction was disallowed by the assessing officer only because the Form 3CL was not issued by DSIR.
