10. We have heard the arguments of both the sides and carefully perused the relevant material available on record. 11. The ld. CIT-DR strongly supported the first appellate order and submitted that the penalty imposed u/s 271(1)(c) of the Act may kindly be confirmed, whereas the ld. Counsel for the assessee drew our attention towards the relevant
