6. Considering the above submissions of the assesse, the AO was of the view that the total purchases and the payments made thereon to M/s. Asansol Bottling & Packaging Co.Pvt.Ltd in cash exceeded Rs.20,000/-. Accordingly, he disallowed an ITA No. 903/Kol/13 Sri Malay Mondal 3 amount of Rs.24,30,692/- and added the same to the total income
