(Facilitation) Act, 2002, whereby it was recommended that the
lands should be acquired only through consent acquisition
process. The petitioners would reiterate that they had not
consented to the acquisition. Therefore, it is liable to be quashed.
That the exercise of power of eminent domain for a commercial
transaction is in violation of Article
