54,000/- prior to the passing of the order by the ld.CIT(A) on 04.03.2011, there was no occasion for the ld.CIT(A) to dismiss the appeal of the assessee either by the order dt.19.02.2013 and also by 16.03.2023. In view of the above, the delay in filing the appeal / non-deposit of tax is required to be condoned
