44A and 44B of the Land Acquit ion Act, which prohibits transfer of such land or any part thereof by sale, mortgage etc. Hence the company doesn't have any right over these land except for the mining rights. Therefore it was opined that this needs to be shown as Mining Rights under the intangible assets.
